The Bottom Line
I don't collect your personal data. All your calculations stay in your browser - they never get saved anywhere else. No databases storing your data, no trackers following you around, and definitely no selling your info.
What I Actually Track
Here's what I collect and why: Google Analytics: I use this to see which calculators you actually find useful and where people get stuck. It's anonymous - I just see trends, not your personal stuff. Server Logs: Your IP address gets logged temporarily (deleted after 30 days) because that's how web servers work. Not creepy, just technical. AdSense Cookies: Google handles the ads on the site, so they set some cookies. That's Google's thing, not mine. Contact Form: If you email me, obviously I see your email. That's the point of a contact form.
Why I Track It
Making this site better. Seriously, that's it. I use the data to: - Figure out which calculators are actually helpful - See which ones need fixing - Understand how people use the tools - Spot any bugs that slip through
Your Rights If You're in Europe
GDPR? I get it. If you're in the EU, you can: - Ask what data I have on you - Request I delete it - Turn off Google Analytics tracking in your browser settings Just reach out if you need anything.
How Cookies Work Here
Essential Cookies: Language preference and session info. You need these so the site doesn't forget your settings. Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics. You can opt out anytime through your browser settings.
The One Thing That Changes
I might update this policy if things change. If something major shifts, I'll let you know. Keep using the site, and you're good with it.
